Live 3D

An enhanced, freely navigable reconstruction with detailed planting, material shading, sunlight, animated water, model layers and furnished spaces. Drag to turn; in Walk mode, use W, A, S, D or the arrow pad.

Visual tour

All 18 original images supplied in this conversation, plus twelve additional generated studies. The tour uses pan, zoom and transitions between perspectives. These are not spherical panoramas or a continuous photorealistic walkthrough.

Original drawings

The original masterplan, floor plans and elevations are retained as supplied. The two new presentation boards are separately labelled generated studies. They are not replacement construction drawings. The live model remains an interpretive reconstruction.

Source coordination and the video reference

The portfolio is branded Matanho although its filename starts with NIAKAZI. The reconstructed model uses the page 3 two-court arrangement and page 4 three-floor plans. Page 7 shows an alternate outdoor scheme; page 8 contains area and parking figures that differ from earlier pages. The original sheets retain those differences.

The linked BOTANICA video is an interactive architectural visualisation reference. This is an independent browser experience, not its Unreal Engine project or a verified shot-for-shot copy. The video was not available for full frame-by-frame review. No video assets or soundtrack have been copied.

The supplied photographs and generated renders are design references; they do not provide hidden geometry, verified dimensions or a coordinated BIM model. The reconstruction is not for construction or compliance assessment.
